livechat.bd ("we", "our", "the Service") is a customer messaging platform operated from Bangladesh. Our service allows businesses to manage customer conversations from multiple channels in one unified inbox.

Account data: When you register, we collect your name, email address and password (stored as a bcrypt hash). We also store your organisation name and plan details.
Conversation data: Messages, contact details and attachments sent through the platform are stored so agents can view and reply to them. This includes messages from your customers on all connected channels.
Website visitor data: When a visitor uses your chat widget, we store their IP address, browser user-agent and a session token. We do not track visitors across different websites.
Channel credentials: Access tokens for connected channels (Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) are stored encrypted in our database.
Usage data: We collect server logs including IP addresses, request paths and timestamps for security and debugging purposes. Logs are retained for 30 days.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or selling to third parties.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
